Accurate Information Systems offers a wide range of searches in over twenty categories. Please call for rates and other information at 1-800 295-7109. Statewide Criminal Search Accesses the statewide criminal repository for criminal background check and criminal history. Type of data and number of years varies by state. All information is reported to us by the state. (Not available in all states) Turnaround time and cost vary by state County Criminal Search Reports criminal background checks of felony and/or misdemeanor records in the county you are requesting. Multiple counties may be selected per applicant and counties may be selected by name, city name, or ZIP Code Turnaround time: 2- 4 days. Federal Criminal Search Reports the criminal background checks of crimes committed against Federal criminal laws. This information will not be included in ANY state or county record. Turnaround time: 1-2 days. Metro Criminal Search A combination of "County" criminal background checks for a metropolitan area and may include 2 - 15 counties per area. Cost is higher than for a single county search but less than if counties were selected singly. Turnaround time: 2-4 days. Cost varies by area Civil Searches Background checks related to non-criminal lawsuits by or against a person or a company. County Civil courts are either Upper or Lower courts, depending on the dollar amount of the action. Federal Civil actions relate to Federal Statutes and would include EEOC, EPA, Treasury or SEC Fraud, Civil Rights, etc. Turnaround time: 1-3 days. Credit Report These financial background checks provide reports from your choice of credit bureaus: Trans Union, Equifax (CBI) or TRW (Experian). A release is required (keep on file). Gives insight into the financial responsibility, past employers, past addresses, age, etc. Separate signed release necessary. Turnaround time: 1 day. (Corporate Accounts Only) Social Security Number (SSN) This background check validates that the SSN has been issued, when and where it was issued. Turnaround time: 1 day. Free with every order Driving Record (MVR) Direct report background check from the specified state records. The data reported varies slightly by state and the number of years reported will also var. Additionally, some States separate Commercial MVR data (offenses while on the job) from personal MVR data Turnaround time: Varies by State Education Verification Direct verification with the school regarding claimed education degrees and / or dates of attendance. Turnaround time: Varies widely Prior Employer Verification Employee screening including direct verification of claimed previous employment. These employee screening, employee background checks, and criminal background checks verify dates of employment, position held, performance, reason for departure, rehire status and any general comments. Turnaround time: Varies FAA License Verification Direct verification of Federal Aviation Administration license for pilots, mechanics and instructors. Medical classification is provided if applicable. Turnaround time: 2 days Professional License Verification Direct verification via the state licensing board for specified licenses, certifications or possible reprimands. Turnaround time: Varies by State Medicaid Sanctions Search identifies individuals or employers who have had sanctions brought against them for a crime committed is association with healthcare-related state or federally funded agencies. Parties with sanctions against them are excluded fro Medicare (Federal), Medicaid (State), childcare, social services and ALL federal health care programs. Turnaround time: 2 days Credit Header Search This report comes from credit "header" information. Validates Social Security number, year and place of issue, past addresses, age or year of birth, corporate affiliations, UCC filings, neighbors, relatives, bankruptcies, liens, judgments, real property ownership and any pilot information. Turnaround time: 1 day Credit Header Search PLUS Same as Credit Header, only all three bureaus searched. Turnaround time: 1 day Bankruptcy, Lien and Judgment (Corporate search only) We search all available states. Shows bankruptcies (all chapters), liens (including Federal and State tax liens),judgments (defendant only).
