Accesses publicly disclosed criminal conviction data held by the designated state criminal records repository. Depth of data and period of coverage varies by state and all information reported is provided by the state repository. *Not Available in all states.
| County Criminal Search | Turnaround Time: 1-3 days. |
Identifies felony and/or misdemeanor level conviction records, and arrests pending adjudication in the county requested. Multiple counties may be selected, per applicant, and based upon the applicant’s disclosed and/or developed residence address history.
| Federal Criminal Search | Turnaround Time: 1-3 days. |
Identifies felony and/or misdemeanor level conviction records, and arrests pending adjudication in the federal district requested. Multiple districts may be selected, per applicant, and based upon the applicant’s disclosed and/or developed residence address history.
| Metro Criminal Search | Turnaround Time: 1-3 days. |
A “contiguous” County Criminal Search (see above) in select U.S. metropolitan areas, which may include from 2-15 counties per selected area. This is a beneficial search in areas where statewide criminal records data is not publicly accessible or severely limited. Rates are greater than a single County Criminal Search and less than multiple individually selected County Criminal searches.
