Criminal Comprehensive Search
NOTE: Though "National" in scope, the data provided is compiled from multiple public record data sources. We make no claims to the completeness of the database, or that data for all states or jurisdictions is included in the current product offerings. We acknowledge that the service provided here does not always substitute for an in-person courthouse search of criminal records, and we recommend that the database products be added to end-user's traditional screening methods. We take reasonable measures to update these records as available, but as in all public records, we rely on the completeness and accuracy of each state's records.
The following states do not provide DOBs and are not included in any national searches: AZ-GA-HI-IN-LA-MA-MD-MO-MT-NV-OK-PA-VA-WA-WI. In order to receive results from these states, an individual Statewide Database Search must be run with the search criteria set to "name match" with "no DOB".
Oregon does not provide a statewide source of data; however, data is included in these individual counties: Benton, Clackamas, Coos, Lincoln, Marion, Polk, Washington, and Yamill. Washington County does not provide DOB and is not included in any national search. In order to receive results from Washington County, an individual Statewide Database Search must be run with the search criteria set to "name match" with "no DOB".
South Dakota does not provide a statewide source of data; however, data is included in the following individual counties and cities: City of Aberdeen, City of Mitchell, City of Madison, City of Sioux Falls, City of Pierre, City of Sturgis, City of Watertown, Brookings County, Lincoln County, and Pennington County.
Missouri, in addition to the statewide source of information, has data from the following counties: Barton,Cape Girardeau, Cole, Greene, Jefferson, Laclede, Newton, and St. Louis counties. Barton, Cape Girardeau, Cole, Greene, Jefferson, Newton, and St. Louis counties do not provide DOB and are not included in any national search.
